Prices exclude VAT and any discounts. If you are on one of BT's discount schemes, you should still save 30-50% on your Local and National daytime calls.

Compare BT's minimum call charge of 4.2p + VAT with our minimum call charge of just 1p + VAT. This means that you'll be saving even more money when you make a short call - for instance when the person you want isn't there, or when their mobile is switched off.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY WANT TO ASK

Do we need to change our phone numbers?
Absolutely NOT! Your phone numbers will remain the same.

Will I still get bills from BT?
Yes. BT will still be responsible for your phone line and will continue to bill you for this. Their team of Engineers will still look after your phone connection as before - but you will no longer be using them for your phonecalls.

How long does it take?
We normally suggest that you allow up to three weeks from returning your signed Order Form to us; during this period you will still be using BT for your outgoing calls. However, in the meantime (normally after 2 working days) you can start saving immediately by dialling the code "1271" before all calls.

What about faxes?
Our service can be used for sending faxes.

We use BT Call Diversion and 1571, can we still use these services?
You will still pay BT for any rental charges for these services, but any diverted or Ringback calls will be routed over our network instead of BT's - thus saving you money.

I'm worried about leaving BT
You won't really be "leaving BT", they will still look after your phone line and repair any faults up to their local exchange, but we will handle your calls for you. We use a selection of the most reliable "Tier 1" phone companies in the UK and we believe that their quality of service is comparable with BT's. However, you can always dial "1280" before any number and it will be routed through BT (and you will have to pay BT for the call].

What about Calls to 100 and 999 Operator and Emergency calls are still handled by BT.

What is the minimum call charge?
One pence. Compare that with BT's 4.2 pence! Furthermore please note that we do not round up calls to the nearest minute (which some other companies do).

What happens if we want to go back to BT? We'll be sorry to lose you and would like to know why you want to leave us, but just let us know and we'll transfer you back ASAP. We do not hold our customers to any minimum contract period - you can leave us whenever you like.

Do we get an itemised bill?
In order to save trees, postage and your valuable time, the posted bill normally itemises only individual calls that cost more than - but you can specify a lower threshold when you sign up (at no charge). Of course the web-based bills can be configured how you wish.

Customers gets secure, free access to their own web-based call analyser on the internet. You can run reports, create graphs, and itemise every single call if you wish.

How do we pay you?
We send you an itemised bill through the post every month and we collect the money from your Bank account by Direct Debit 14 days after that. You are, of course, protected by the Banks' Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.

How do we sign up? Please fax us a copy of the front page of your BT phone bill plus a list of the phone numbers you wish to make calls from. (Don't forget any home-workers or directors). We will then prepare your Order Form and post it to you to be signed and returned.
